I want a website that customers can purchase phone recharge cards. I wneed only developers with previous work on this.
The process/steps is as detailed below:
Step 1 - After login, Choose your Mobile Network and chose your Top Up amount. Then fill in mobile number to be topped up and your email, click on Submit to to go to the next page of your Top Up.
Step 2 - On the next page enter your payment details(debit/credit card) and click Submit to complete your Mobile Top Up.
Step 3 - The topup voucher is then sent to the mobile phone number provided above as text message.
The developer will creat an app for Blackberry and Andriod.
The transaction page will be like https://online-top-up.digicelgroup.com/en-AW/ with necessary modifications.
