Project Description:
You will have to modify an existing Drupal template base on a PSD to be provided later.
At http://staging.fpespq.org/ you can see the site to modify.
The attached file FPESPQ.jpg shows you what we want, except that the text should go all the way to the right, as the site and not the image.
Basically you will have to add the banner and change some details of CSS (fonts, colors).
The whole must be xhtml and CSS valid.
