Website Title: Montana Doctors Forum
My client requires a "community site" and its main purpose will be communication between members, running polls on the site as well as setting up events on an online calender. Members should be able to message each other from within the site, post on each other's "walls" etc.
HTML 5 Website required. Reason is because it needs to display the same on any device - especially the iPad. My customer is very focussed on detail. Layout and design will be very much in the hands of the freelancer. My customer only has the following requirements:
The logo and colors of the site should be derived from the attache logo of the tree and the sun, the colours of the site should match that theme and that logo should be worked into the site.
The site should have the following pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us... The Contact Us page should have a section where users can apply to register for access to the site. The registration should be approved by a "Super User", once he approves it the client should get a notification via email with his or her password. We will need to build an admin area where access can be revoked ect. Users should also be able to log in and change their passwords - or reset them.
Once the user has obtained access to the site, after they log in they should now have access to the following pages:
- Home (Content of this page should now change to a status feed of all member activity)
This page should now contain a calender that will show upcoming events created by the "Super User" - The calender title "Upcoming Events" must be eye catching.
This page should also contain the results of the previous poll as well as a new poll - also managed by the super user.
- My page (This is where the members should be able to view their: Inbox, outbox, choose to "message all members" My wall (which should vieable by all members as well as reflected on home page of logged in users) On this page users should also be able to upload their profile picture ect - the usual profile stuff...
- Media - This should show newsletters, minutes of meetings (PDF) ect... This will also be posted by the super user.
- Members (This should be a searchable directory of all members, ideally their names along with their profile pictures, if clicked on the options must appear to: "send private message" or "write on wall")
I will provide content for the relevent pages as we go along but this is the foundation. As you can see there is need for some kind of an "Admin Page". I am open to suggestions, I have heard that Word Press is also not a bad option but please send me your ideas and suggestions.

I will make 100% payment to freelance once the project is COMPLETE. This is not negotiable. If my expectations are exceeded I will pay a small extra bonus.
