Hi! I am an experienced web developer with 7+ years of practice. My knowledge are in css, js, jquery and also in MODx. I work with MODx. from 2007 and... what I understood from your task is that the implementation on MODx can be more simple. In MODx there is a content table (or instance) - we can place wines there, a variables table that connected with content table - it is for additional fields that are not in content - together content+variable is a resourse. There is also an ability to hold users and to connect them with resourses.. So the task can be done with MODx basic functional I think. If you have already those tables the data can be placed in tables content and variables via sql.

First of all - remove the information about configuration of your DB from public... anc change the passwords - it;s an advise (now any programmer has the credentials that would help him to hack your website). About the description and the project: I need to discuss it to understand what we have and what is needed to be done (I've looked the doc file and the mockups, but I have some some questions). I may take a day (2-3 hours) to discuss and understand the description completely, and plus 2-3 days (in evenings) to make the programming part, Plus maybe a day to make corrections and have the project done ideally. P.S. if You don't know how to change the password of DB, I can help (not depending on who will be the project implementer, just to help :) )
