We are a start-up social media company looking for a web developer to build a website that can serve as a portal for live video streaming. Think similar to ustream.tv. Will explain more details if you are selected. Will consider both whether you know of third-party software that can help or write your own code.

Payment will depend on how involved you want to be. If you just have ideas or pointers or tips on how to build this, or can point us in the direction to softwares out there, we are happy to give you a nice fee for very little work. If you think you can build something better than what is available through software, or can become an integral part of the team and design the entire website, we will pay a lot more and competitively.
