I need a site that can quickly be created with a similar look to this:

It needs to have all the functionality of the site above.
* Its own logo/title
* A popup upon entry that I can put my email capture script on
* A zip checking script that pretends to check for zip codes while it redirects to affilaite link.
* terms of service page
* privacy policy
And all the pages you see on that site. It needs to look unique but similar.
