Project Description:
I need a background/wallpaper site designed. Can be done with HTML, but would really prefer it to be done in WordPress. User should be able to register, favourite wall papers, and upload their own.

I can purchase a custom wordpress theme if you need to use that. I will pay after I see what the site looks like.
