I need a WordPress theme done (or modified).
I am interested in Talian theme, which I want to convert into looking more like the Cutline theme, but also have Adsense spots in the post area, like this example below.

What I want done is to modify Talian to look like Cutline theme, but to add Adsense placement location in the post area like the example above.
I like Cutline theme because it is a Minimalistic design. All white background and not too fanciful....So I need the coder to modify Talian so it looks something like that too. Simple, SEO friendly and fast loading. White or pale colors.
All in all:
1) Change header (preferably rotating headers of sofas of different color on white background)
2) Remove datestamp from ALL places of Talian (must not have reference to dates anywhere)
3) Add easy to add ad placements, maybe you add some specific php files into the theme so that all I need to do is place my Ad code inside it for ads to display).
4) Make sure Adsense does not appear on the contact and privacy pages (disallow it).
5) I do not plan to enable comments but If I disallow comments, I don't want the theme to display the message: "User comments have been disabled." So remove all references to comments.
6) (Optional) Can you create a widget to easily add banners into the sidebar for direct advertising.....
7) Make sure the theme is robust and stable to work with all WordPress versions and all browsers too.
Basically modify the Talian theme to become more CMS like.....but with a minimalistic design and make it Adsense/Ad friendly. I hope you have a picture in your mind of what I want done. Suggestions are welcome too. Coder will need to communicate with me and show me the design structure preview.
The rights to the theme will belong to me. I have included the basicTalian theme in zip attachment.
