Need a custom review system in comments for Wordpress with other features.

Project Description:
We require a custom review system in comments for Wordpress with some other features. We have made a doc file which explains everything that we need with examples and details. Please check. It is attached with this post.

Basically, we need a review system where user will rate the products in comments and an overall score is shown in the page. Also, need to change the layout and add new things to the website. Some other small features are required too. Images will be provided.

Bid only after you have read the doc file. This is an urgent project. Let me know how much time will you take to complete the project. More in-depth details will be provided to the selected freelancer. Maximum budget is $300 but I would appreciate if someone can do it in less.
