Hi,
I am looking for a developer who has worked in PHP,MySQl and Codeigniter.
I just need a one page web application for car pooling.
The functionality is very simple.
Home Page (the only page)
- Will show a list of all the available car pools sorted desc by the date created on.
- There will be a filter on the top of these listings.
- Add a new car pool option.
- pagination at the end of the page
- two content boxes aligned at the right (with some static content)
Note: - there is no user registration functionality.

The bidder with the least cost has high chances of selection.
