I want to save a lot of money on this.
I want it to be done in Cakephp or drupal OR Joomla. Whatever you guys advice for the same.
I dont have much budget. Payment shall be made only once the works are all completed. To start No milestone shall be created until you should 50% works. We will create $150 once 50% works are completed. Another $150 will be created once 100% works completed and site loaded to the domain for testing for us. And we will check all codes.
Next $250 shall be paid once 60 days of full testing is done.
The Terms are NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are really able to do on the same terms, you are invited to write me.
If I have offended anyone of you, I am sorry. But I have burnt my hands 3 times so far. And NO A NO THIS TIME. NO CHANGES Under any circumstances this time.
$550 is highest! Maintenance contract of 2 years will be provided @ a cost of $350. Each month the money will be paid in advance after final payment of project.

IF YOU ARE SERIOUS: WRITE AND DETAIL THINGS About the project and website in detail. Project specification document/SRS/Funtionality details etc. Dont worry. I wont rush to close project today. Will give time till tomorrow! So come with detailed proposal.
