Need web development, design, graphics, CMS, and logo

A few months ago I hired a company to develop my website from the ground up. Unfortunately it did not turn out how I wanted and took way too long. The company was not able to come up with a creative design and finish on deadlines. I ended up losing time and money. As of now there is a half finished backend. It was developed within the Codeigniter framework I believe. It is coded in Php, Mysql, and javascript (A few jquery functions). Here is what Im looking for... Full graphic web design - I would like you to come up with graphics and a logo to be used within the site. (The creative process is your job, not mine!) Example designs that I am looking for.. Create a CMS - There needs to be a way for me to administer the website. I am looking for an easy way to change content and monitor things. Ad management - This site will be driving targeted traffic. I need an easy and intuitive way to manage ads. This website needs to be intuitive, easy to use, reliable, and most important very creative! This is too large of a job for just one person, I'm looking for a company who can effectively work together and produce a great product. I am also looking for someone who can create promotional graphics when needed. If you are skilled than we can work out a long term contract. This website is going to need to be expandable and ready for a large amount of traffic. Please, only inquire if you are a reputable company that is confident that you can finish the project on time.
