Need a website and seo (In Portugues)

I need a website in Portugues. It will be a guiding website.(Guide for a city tour)

I would also like to drive a mass amount of viewers to my website. Especially Brazilian viewer. I would like to be on the first page on gooogle.com.br. I have searched the keyword on the google keyword and it says it had low competition.

I would like a logo designed too.
