The idea is to have people fill out forms similar to this site. The most important thing is to design it so that it would be very attractive for people to fill out the forms.
Obviously, the site cannot be copied from this site. But the idea is exactly the same.
I would provide all content.
Lastly the site would have to be easy to optimize so that at some point in time it will appear page 1 on google for "bankruptcy"
