Paymy is a new website with the aim of giving event organisers a central place for not only posting details of upcoming events, but also a central payment location rather than having money transferred between various parties and bank accounts to make the whole process easier.
The initial launch will focus on Stag and Hen parties, but there is no reason why this couldn’t be extended in the future to cover various types of events.
Every event will be given a private url with the event organiser given the ability to directly invite attendees with unique login details to see event details and acknowledge their attendance. The event will then have its own message board forum (available only to registered members of the event) photo galleries and a payment gateway to directly pay funds to the organiser via their paypal account or into a central account for later distribution (this is TBC)
A key feature of the site will be the ability to setup payment notifications to send reminder emails/SMS to attendees at key dates to remind them if payment hasn’t been made, to again take more of the stress out of the event organisation.
The site will be powered by a bespoke content management system to allow for adjustment of all site content and policing of details users are placing on message boards and event pages as well as adjustment of any affiliate marketing that is placed on the site as a revenue stream.
In addition the site will be epitomised to work on all major internet browsers as well as smartphones and tablets to ensure users can access the system where ever they are.
