I need a site based on Wordpress that I can host on my WP-server. Access to server will be given and I want your help to make sure that it is up an running properly before delivery is complete.

The sites purpose is to alow people to register for invitations to participate in TV-productions as audience. It is free to register, and it is free to participate as audience. (so no payment function needed). The database is the most important feature for this site!
For design I like the site to feel modern and light... We deal with TV-studios and TV-production companies.
The site needs to have a database where people reister personal information.
