News Aggregator Website

Project Description:
Hi.

I need someone to build a SIMPLE and ELEGANT website, which should be a News Aggregator website like Google News. It should have similar features, with different categories easily available. New websites should be easily added whenever needed to the list of sources and news should be aggregated automatically through RSS feeds. Each story should link to the original page but should also have a Facebook comment section and a voting feature - to vote the story up or down thus hinting as to which stories are the best and which ones are the worst.

I'm not sure about the costs, so kindly ignore budget and quote the a fair price.

Also state why you are ideal for this project and how you can help make it better.
