This is a general enquiry to receive initial offers and see how feasible our project is. We are looking at creating an online cash flow tool to support small businesses. This tool will be part of a larger online platform with other tools as well.
Please have a look at sites like pulseapp.com and advise if you would be able to build a site with similar functionality. Layout and exact functionality will differ though. Please indicate the cost level to build such a site. After initial response we will make a more accurate description of the project for final offers. The indicated budget range is a wild guess, may be lower could be higher.
