Project Description:
We are looking for someone who could make a online food delivery website. The website should be in Spanish, but English could work too.

The website is aimed at helping users order food online, in an easy way. This means the site should have simple navigation, simple and intuitive interface, etc. Also, the site should have Facebook and Twitter integration, to easily share restaurants and dishes with other people. Online payment is NOT required.
How the site works on user's end:
On the homepage, the user can enter their address on an easily visible search bar, also with a dropbox with 3 options in it: Pick-Up, Delivery and Both. After providing their address, they are moved out to another page that displays a list of restaurants that can deliver to that address. When they pick one of those restaurants, they get a menu with all the available food options. When an item is clicked, it provides a "pop-up" to choose the quantity, and maybe some special options (no bacon, no salt, extra cheese, etc). All the items go to a cart, which can be reviewed before finishing the process.
When user has filled his cart with everything he wants, he clicks on confirm, wich asks him for a phone number and street address (again). They also get the option to register a new account so that their data is saved for future orders.
After the order is confirmed, the user gets an email with information, like restaurant number and estimated delivery time.
When the food is delivered, the user can provide feedback, such as meal quality, or waiting times. Maybe a 1-5 star rating.
That's about it for the user's end.
On the restaurant end they get some page to register as restaurant owners, where they can provide everything related to their business, like their address, delivery price, kind of cuisine, phone number, delivery range, working hours, etc.
On other page they can manage their orders, accept or refuse them.
When an order is made by an user, an email is sent to the restaurant to ask for confirmation on whether they can or can't make it. The email contains a link to the website, where they log-in and accept or refuse the order. If they accept it, the user information is displayed for them to arrange the delivery.
On the owner's end (our's) we need:
To edit restaurants info, accounts, etc.
See a detailed transaction list for every restaurant (even refused orders)
Approve user comments (if they are aggressive they will be deleted)
Maybe something else you consider should be useful for site administration (besides the basics)
