A web service is that is user friendly simple and intuitive required where people can submit their print jobs and other bureau services online and pay for them online using paypal (Visa) and ipay payment service
The service will work as follows:
User comes online and creates an account with a username and password.
Admin can choose whether or not user needs to verify account by verifying registration details from email.
Admin can add users or create users

Select Plan Type:
One-off: :Prepaid before Job is done
Monthly Plan : Postpaid on Monthly Basis. Deposit Done/Credits must be given and Authorised by Admin to Limit)
Admin can give credits for users in post paid account.
Every job submitted by post paid user and is processed diminishes account credits of the user.
Admin should be able to verify that a job has been completed and is ready for delivery. This translates paid revenue into a sale.
User uploads a job document and picture to print. This is converted to PDF for documents. Pictures and images will be in gif, Jpeg, pdf, tiff etc and common picture formats.
User selects additional Options for Each Type of Job.
User gives delivery options
User posts job and pays
Upload map – Give location information
Give contact and location information.
Payment gateway will support PayPal and I-Pay (see integration steps in attached API document)
This is compatible with many shopping carts.

Upload/Send us your job/documents in PDF
Give us the instructions
Give us your directions/Upload map.
Pay for Job
Job is processed and delivered to you as soon as completed.
Delivery as per instructions.
Usual content such as home/contacts/user agreement/terms and conditions/CMS content/News/Updates or bulletin where admin can change on demand/How it works/Links/User Feedback link.
Site should be search engine friendly.

Admin should have facility to upload photos to describe different Icons for binding and punching options.
