The detailed document will make it easier for you to study the needs and so this should actually make your bid smaller rather than greater as you will have all the details and you won't have to wait for requirements or get more needs than you previously understood etc etc :) Feel free to use magento, oscommerce, zencart in order to keep the bid smaller.
