We need a chat website done.... like http://www.desichat.info - The website should have chatrooms from worldwide (country's list), Please note, there should be operators and sub operators (@ +v) which can kick users, add users as an operators, voice users, moderate the channel, lock the channel, set the limit with how many chat users can join, please note, we can add chatrooms, delete chatrooms, we can ban a user and then they cannot join the channel they were kicked from until/unless they were unbanned.
Users can join chat without nick registration, but can only chat on the main window with other chatters, when they have nick registered....
All the swear words should be banned,
We need something really fun, something very easy to use, both from mobile devices, and computers, laptops and phones, something really unique, nice and for good price.
We need you to show us the samples you had done before, and how you can make it better and send us your entire plan from start to end
We also need to know about the customer support we require, after sale service, etc.
