Open Source Video Sharing Website Creation

I am looking for a video, audio and image hosting website developer. There are a lots of open source scripts available but i don't have time to install them and test them one by one. So i am looking for an experience PHP,AJAX,MYSQL and HTML person to suggest me the best open source script that works well and install it on my server. Please only bid if you have done a video sharing website before and send me the url as i want to double check if the site fits my expectations Logo, content is all ready i just want an open source working script that has as many features as possible. I might need some changes here and there so please be sure that you can handle the script. Note that, i want this website to be customized enabled so that i can do modifications on my own. Thanks.
