We need a order form and customer area for support and order. we need this project exactly like this website.

customer area: https://my.redstation.com to submit a ticket, place an order - you have to create an account from this link to see the user area - also we need an admin area as well to manager user, add ticket, edit order form data.
and also the person who involved with this project should take care of the project for six month to fix the bugs and maintenance.
