Want a regular income on top of other work you may do? Please make your bid based on a 25 hour work week. Often we will need you for a lot more hours as often as you wish. We are finding the going outsourcing rate between $2-$6 ph (Freelancer Developer rate with exp. in developing nations) based on the skills we have listed on guaranteed weekly salary. please do not bid if you are above this rate. Please list the CMS programs you have worked with in any CV.
Work with IT Confidential in Australia working on PHP CMS projects. Our Project Managers communicate via Teamviewer and Skype. Good command of English is needed.
We like to take a very hands on approach with our Developers. So we often login via Teamviewer to check on progress of our projects. We will pay weekly.
We will test out your skills by performing short test projects for 1-2 hours. Please make your bid and I will book in a time for your test.
Required to show simple functions to clients and internal staff via Teamviewer. Show internal how to perform simple updates to client websites.

* CPANEL
* Dreamweaver
PLEASE MAKE a 40 hour per week bid or bid hourly price? Will PAY $100-$250 per week dependant on skills. PAID WEEKLY. Start ASAP. Only serious Developers who will stick to the hours we wish them to work Mon-Fri. Must allow access to their PC to view work via Teamviewer and Skype communication.

PLEASE MAKE a 25 hour per week BID. As we typically hire our freelancers ongoing for years pls consider listing your lowest price per week for 25 hours. For example our best worker came from oDesk and bid $3 ph 1.5 years ago. Now gets $12 ph and 50 hours pw as he a fine developer. Please do NOT bid if you want a starting rate above $125 pw in the first weeks.
