First of all a bit of background, I find that in order to have a successful project not only do you have to be a brilliant programmer but you also need to be surrounded with brilliant people, I am already employed fulltime and satisfied with the income, I am looking to invest my free time into a project I am really passionate about in order to create and provide services I believe are valuable to the people, I am a creator, not a competitor. In addition to possessing a mindset similar to mine you would have to: 1. Already have a fulltime job 2. Already have a fulltime job 3. Experienced with PHP, Web Design, Web Security and pen testing since I bring a broader range of skills to the table. 4. Satisfied with a fixed price but mostly relying on the monthly profits the project will bring in a form of a partnership. I am skeptic about meeting someone like that on freelancer so I will pay a fixed fee if someone will introduce or link anyone who might fit the description to this project.
