Project Description:
I want a website similar to http://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. This website is meant to unlock iphone. Users check the price and register when they want to get their phone unlocked.
The site could be in PHP or Java, whichever suits best and costs less. Also, I want PayPal integration with the site and it must use a database preferrably MySQL
Layout should be simple and I will disclose the requirements to only selected developers. Don't send out messages without understanding what I want.
Clearly mention your price and time.

Before posting message on PMB, Let me know what you understand about the project, technology required, etc.
