The project is for completing development on the conversion of a Microsoft Access 2003 application to PHP with Sencha and MS SQL Server. I estimate that the development is 75% complete. Unfortunately, the current developers are unable to complete the project. We are behind on delivery of the project to our clients and need someone who codes quickly. There is a clear list definition of what needs to be completed. We are simply copying the MS Access application verbatim with very few exceptions. You will be working with a full-time project manager who will help test and review your work. Please reply back to this bid and I will forward you the download links to see the MS Access application and the current PHP application. The is a serious project and failure to meet our expectations of deliverables will result in immediate termination of your work. The current developers will assist with anything required during the transition to you or your team.
