Here are the quick fixes.
1. on "Join now" page:
I. Check if email in system and give message if found.
II. Verify email with simple confirmation code before going to page 2.
2. on profile."Find match": Only show if user/staff has permission to profile (just like the "Search" page.
On Profile."Matches", if user doesn't have matched profile access, hide link to profile and display 1st letter of person last night.
3. remove a word "Dear" from email template.
4. Replace Event From/To fields to 99/99/9999
5. Admin option to update values for "How did you hear about us
