Project Description:
This is a two part project that is not very complicated.

1) I have a php based website that uses MYSQL for the data. I have two php based modules that also use MYSQL and I want to integrate them into the website. Both need to capture data and create a database. I have the forms created.

2) One of the modules is a on;line scheduler that I need to add a few fields to.
