Project Description:
I currently have a website that is running PHPFox (a social network software). I need a plugin created that creates and integrates a Learning Management System (similar to Moodle) where users can create their own course that hosts videos, tutorials, documents, pictures, tests and quizzes, automatic grading system, individual course chat rooms and certificates and awards for course completion (similar to the wordpress Courseware plugin), and also integrate PHPFox's existing blogs and forums to these courses, so each course has its own blog and forum.
I want in the creation for each course field to set the price and price currency or free of course with payment gat using googlecheckout or/and 2checkout or/and paypal ...etc
