PSD TO JOOMLA CONVERSION REQUIRED.

I am a graphic designer I am outsourcing the coding aspects of my work to the FL community.
I am looking for a turn around time of 1-2 days with no exceptions.

(PSD to Joomla) will be 3 pages (Index + Subpage + Blog).

I am currently using the cloudaccess hosting, so familiarity with that hosting server is a plus.

This need to be user friendly in terms of management. Image Replacement (For example an icon, avatar, banner) needs to be as simple as uploading a new jpg/png file via BackEnd and selecting which one to use in that specific section to which the user is wanting the image to be changed to. The Modules must not have raw HTML CODE. All Text Areas need to be editable via BACKEND and again be user friendly.

Ensuring themes are as user friendly as possible in terms of management is very important.
