Hello,
I have a PSD file with the structure of my homepage and would like to convert it to my template
that I purchased. It is the ultima responsive template from themeforest.

Requirements:
- Design must not modify any core magento files.
- Magento CMS blocks must be used so I can easily modify content.
- Design must comply with the theme

Includes the following work:
- PSD to HTML
- Apply changes to my Magento theme.
- Modify the CSS so colors / look and feel matches my template.
