RipenWay.com Website Requirements
RipenWay is a web startup assistance website with the foundation built on coaching, training and related products. The target audience includes people who wish to start an online business and want educational and motivational support.
Phase 1 will be a basic content website. The next phase will add ecommerce, calendar scheduling, memberships and some custom SAAS functionality. Please quote only phase 1, but keep the enhancements in mind when creating your quote. If WordPress isn't the best tool to use for custom development, I'd like to know that now before I build the basic content site.

Footer Nav: 4-column footer nav: About (text w/ link to About page), Links, Follow Us (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, RSS, YouTube), Email Subscribe. Bottom row spanning the 4 columns should contain links to Legal Pages (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Statement, FTC Disclosure), Sitemap, and copyright info.
Content Pages: Need the ability to add new pages and change navigation without a developer. Home and Program pages will contain a video and written content. The home page will also contain testimonials and an announcements section called “What’s New”. The main Program page will briefly describe each sub-section of the program.
Opt-in Email Collection: I’d like to use the same MailChimp form that’s on TheWebStartupRoadmap.com (my book website).
