Parts Finder software for Dirt Moto Website - repost

I need a parts finder built to add into my existing PHP website [login to view URL] The software will work the same as the Parts finder found at [login to view URL] Its near the top of the page, it has PARTS FINDER, Choose Make, Choose Model & Choose Year followed by a search button. What i need it to to do work exactly the same as the one at [login to view URL] and even have the same contents, the variation will be that i want mine integrated into my current website [login to view URL] and i want it to search & display the relevant parts within my website. This is a really simple job and should only take a couple of hours for a developer who knows what they are doing.
