UK Postal address validation using php, javascript and MySQL

I am looking for someone to complete two simple web pages to do UK postal address validation. I have created the webpages and I have access to a paid address validation API which returns JSON. That part all works. The work remaining is to format the JSON into a short screen readable table, and to write the results to a MySQL database table. I also want to allow users to upload a csv file of addresses, validate each one using the same service and then write the results to a MySQL database. Requirements / Tasks - Single Address validation - Format the JSON being returned from the existing API and write it to the webpage - Write that address to a MySQL database table (database also already exists) - Bulk Address validation – Create a box that allows people to drag and drop a csv file - Call the address validation API once for each address and write the result to a database table (table exists) - The Php and Javascript must be extensively commented A successful outcome would be a working page that lets people enter addresses, have them validated, displayed on the page and added to my database.
