#1 existing website has been taken offline from hosting provider as its formail is being used as a spam gateway

#2 work is required to amend and or revamp the existing php files to prevent spam from being generated from the website.

#3 will consider a visual CAPTCHA technique

#4 website is very simple in design.

    I've done this type of work before and have the CAPTCHA script ready to install. But I'd like to see the files that I'd be working on before bidding so that I can make sure I can integrade the script into the files.
