We are re-designing an estate agency portal that has rental and selling properties. Initially I was thinking on doing this in concrete5 as I use this a lot for CMS. But thought I would ask if anyone has experience in building the engine for this kind of thing. Quite happy to use a modular system based on Wordpress or Joomla or any other bespoke systems.
