We would like to develop a web application for Property Management. The Application will help communities / property owners / clubs to manage their members, assets and expenditures. There should be online payment gateway and email account for all the members. A customizable application wherein subscriber can personalize it for individual needs. The following are the highlights of the application;

Personalize work area for individual subscriber.
email setup and individual account for each member
Access control and authorization for members.
File storing, sharing
Accounting - Book keeping, asset and expenditure management.
Payment gateway and updates with bank account.

Right now we are looking for detail project plan which can include following but not limited to;

Technical requirements and architecture.
Hardware selection options, with pros and cons
Development approach.
Technical write up giving details about options and pros and cons.
Write up about technology selection, server strategy and about database
Security
Resource requirement with skills and timeline.
Overall Project timeline.

Completeness of current assignment is defined by detail Project plan document. We are planning to immediately for web application development. You can also see this as opportunity for full fledged contract for development later.
