Landlord/Property management website like www.property-management.buildium.com but with only the following features
Note: This site will be free to tenants but will cost the landlords monthly to use. So there must be a bill paying feature for the landlords to pay for using the website.
Basic features
-tenants must be able to pay rent online through ACH, or credit card and have the option to set auto bill feature
-tenants must be able to submit maintenance requests to the landlords
-have a tenants and landlords portal.
-landlords must be able invite tenants to website via email and setup monthly charges for rent on apartments
-land lord must be able Manage Tenant & Lease Information
- have reports to view pending and completed bill payments
