I am wanting a property sales web site, that allows for residential sales, rental, lets, auctions commercial properties, offices, retail premisess , holiday lets abroads, allows for automatic updates from other estate agents
and a speciality option so if a property is disabled ready we have a dedicated homes4disabled
I need it sat at no 1 in google rankings this site is for a UK property web site but I also want it to take global property sales
worldwide due to the demand from other countries we have an option to expand the USA & Europe first then the rest of the world I have 7 different web site domains which pick out an option these need to start on the front page on there respective sites so it is one site repeated into various others but with different start pages. or sugestions please as we can either point the web domain name to a certain page on the site.
I want it so clients can put there property up for sale themselves for a fixed fee it must say a least 20% of all advertising profits will be donated to charity
