Project Description:
I would like pay per click so people can call in on an 800 # and reach 100 psychic's and customer service. They will be paying by the minute different prices by credit cards. The program must also divide the money 20/80 and pay each psychic daily in their bank accts. they will have 3 choices to click on 3 double doors and they will open to different costing psychics in rows of 4 across. And if they pick out the right psychic, they can win free minutes! There will be 2 clouds on each side of the psychic and one of those clouds has free minutes too! Then when they spend 100 minutes we will email them with a link that will take them to a place where a guy with a top hat and tux spins a roulette wheel and they can win more minutes!!!!! I need a graphics flash page with music and I need a programmer and someone that can work with 800 numbers.
