Quick Webpage/layout Design

I need one page changed/fixed. Most is pretty much done, I just need it redesigned to look very professional and also work well to sell our product/service. This should be done in HTML/PHP/CSS. The html must validate and the css must validate and all must be simple enough for me to make minor changes as needed in the future. You can take what I have and tweak it and change it to look professional. Please take a look at the page and explain in detail what you would do, etc. Please also provide samples of your previous work. The code must be unique not a template, I want basically what I have started but finished and tweaked to be VERY NICE looking and most of all SELL my product/services. This is something I need done asap ( Today? ). I will escrow the funds and pay as soon as I am happy with your page, thanks.
