Need a custom Wordpress "Realtor Press" site theme format by www.premiumpress.com
Client has a basic custom theme and program license setup on domain http://www.annamariabeachrentals.com
New design: Client wants the same look and feel as: http://www.historichideaways.com
Objective is to have a Key West look and feel template.
Create a "new" re-usable theme like copy of historichideaways.com in Wordpress where it can be customized.
If possible, theme must have funtional sidebars right, left, bottom ect.
As close as possible fully funrional. I will do the content changes! Low budget site copy to work with deal.
Have full server access. cPanel Linux System... Will assign a milestone once project is accepted!
