Hi, this is a repost of a former posting. I kindly need a real estate agent website for my customer in Germany with standard functions like - login for users - property management - properties: for renting or for buying or all - offers of the week - latest offers - searching for properties (by type (flat, house, etc.) , location, ZIP Code, price, number of rooms, size, free text. etc.) - listing / filtering by date, price, size etc. - searching by object ID - some footer links like contact, site notice, sponsoring, jobs, general business terms - notepad - Interface to Flowfact-CRM We would need a simple, attractive and user friendly interface and an effective back end for us to update listings on a regular basis. I will send you a detailed draft as PowerPoint files, which makes the project self-explanatory so you can use them as a reference point. The rest of the requirements are negotiable, so please contact us for further information. Please make the bid if you are a real expert and have already experiences in similar real estate projects.
