Real estate portal for renting and buying/selling real estate.
Design and functionality similar to http://www.homegate.ch/ and http://www.immoscout24.ch, but with much less features
Main functions:
- User registration
- Renting real estate offer
- Selling real estate offer
- Management of own account and own offers
- Different categories: house, appartment, room, office space...
- interactive map, similar to http://www.homegate.ch/mieten/wohnung-und-haus/schweiz?a=default&l=default&incsubs=default (nice to have)
- Integrate a blog with several categories
- Three languages (translation will be provided)
These are the main functions. The final concept will be delivered to contractors on short list.
