I need someone help to crate my responsive real estate website, using joomla or Drupal or whatever. It will be a lot of customization for admin panel, user dashboard, main page and posting page. Freelancer should have good knowledge and experience with real estate website design/templates and creating of logo. My hosting website will be php and mysql5 and 1and1.com. You can take a look at [login to view URL] I would like to have similar functions of that website. Different countries from property agents and direct seller or owner can post with free or paid version. Free version means users can post with limited listing. Paid version means users can post with more listings. In admin panel, I would like to have ads management, users management, blast email, create property types, create State/City name for different countries, Credit point, etc..
