We need to redesign and modernize a small 7 page static website into a Joomla 2.5 template. The requirements are as follows:

-The template must be fully Joomla 2.5 compatible
-The template must be based on Yootheme's WARP framework
-The design must be unique (no ready made templates)
-Clean and professional design (Lawyer Office)
-3 initial design variations

You need to provide us with:
-The graphic source files (.PSD)
-Ready to install template file for Joomla 2.5
