I have an approved adsense account and Domain ([url removed, login to view]).
You must research niche, keywords that will attract users and is appropriate for chosen keyword.
You have to arrange the website content as well as related images. Content must be premium copy scape passed and there must be no grammatic or spelling mistake. I will check manually. As well as content must be attractive and interesting so that visitor can stay on the website.
My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing. I do nott risk my google adsense account.
Terms:
- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term.
- Need RESPONSIVE design
- Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques.
- Site may be on WORDPRESS or as you like.
- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.
- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat or Grey Hat techniques.
- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.
- No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules
- Site must generate income for the long term with $15 usd minimum 1year plus.
- All copyrights of the content and images etc will be assigned to me in writing.
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- You can suggest if any other good income generating option.
- Unique organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic buy sites)
- Must Be Adsense optimized
- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked.
- You will show me traffic statistics every week in detail. Number of visitors, source of traffic day by day etc.
I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account and receive my first payment. I will hold the payment until this. No partial payments, sorry. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points:
• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side
• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable and also mention the contacts of their respective owners so that I can verify.
Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I can not risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered. But please keep in mind that it is not a single project. Two more projects of this nature are in the way. Priority may be given to the lower bidder. Because my budget is limited.
