Ruby on Rails - Email System - Changing Design

Project Description:
We need an expert Ruby on Rails (RoR) programmer who is Familiar with Plesk Servers and can update a few things on our current website

1- Improve the payment Gateway (Current gateway: PayFlow Pro) - (please see attached Word doc)

2- Graphic revisions for some of the pages are needed: We have all new content already available. We can also make the available in layered psd files if you wish. We are also replacing the homepage design, we'll provide this design in layered psd file for you to upload as well. (please see attached Word doc)

3- We have a Marketing Email Module through MailCommunicator.com. Can You install the email for us? This module has its own database and keeps and captures client emails and allows for e-newsletters to be sent out. It also has a subscribe, Unscubscribe email link and automatically updates the email list. (please see attached Word doc)

All content (design) to be revised are provided to you in PSD layered file.
